Personal Training

For those new to working out and/or based in Brooklyn, New York, we offer virtual and in-person one-on-one training options.

Leveraging my corporate experience, I equip you with essential strategies to set healthy boundaries and prioritize self-care, allowing you to maintain or enhance your professional performance. This includes personalized weekly or bi-weekly video consultations and customized assignments.
